Chef Azman loves bringing street food to higher level by manipulating the local ingredient and making it looks expensive and high end. The idea of fusion is to combine street food and premium food together. The influence of Chinese, Malay, Indian, Scandinavian, Western and Mediterranean created great combination of fusion food. The idea is to always keep it fresh, simple, be true to the product and don’t over complicate things as it can all be lost so easily if it is played around with too much.
